We have been in business in Canada for over 34 years, selling fine bone china, Sterling and silver plated flatware and hollowware. We guarantee that what we sell is original. We do not sell monogrammed or damaged flatware unless stated. Items are not new and consequently may show some sign of use.

Please send an email - info@silverpattern.com with the pattern name, measurements and quantities of the items for which you are looking.
We will respond as soon as we have checked our inventory for availability.
Your order will be processed and a bill will be sent including shipping charges.
Canadian Residents are subject to all applicable taxes.
We will hold any item for 10 days while payment arrives.
If you are unhappy with your purchase. Please notify us within three days of receipt of your order. If the goods are returned to us within 10 days in the same condition as they left us, we will gladly refund the cost of the item minus all the actual shipping and insurance costs. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Goods will be sent within three business days.
Cheque/Check
Goods will be sent following a hold of fourteen business days.
All orders are properly packaged and insured and shipped via Canada Post.
